We offer 3 levels of support - Gold, Silver & Bronze based on your subscription plan. We recommend a suitable support wrap after deployment, training & completion of hyper care period.
Switching to our product will save money that outweighs discount. We may be able consider offering our product at a discount or free of license fee for the period of transition from different service provider to us on a case to case basis
